Course Description:  This course will be held in conjunction with the Federal Subsistence Board (FSB) regular meeting. This course will supply an introduction to the operations of the FSB and their role in setting subsistence hunting and fishing regulations in Alaska, key issues in subsistence management, and methods of providing effective testimony.
