Course Description:  This course will be held in conjunction with the Board of Fish regular Arctic Yukon Kuskokwim cycle meeting. This course will supply: an introduction to the operations of the Board of Fish, review and discussion of current regulatory before the BOF, and methods of providing effective testimony.
